Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Products that are not in stock are usually drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.   An email communication will be sent if the fulfillment of a product is greater than 5 business days from your order.

Kayak Deposits

All orders containing kayaks requiring deposits will be charged a $200 non-refundable deposit.  At the pick up of your kayak, you will be invoiced the full amount less the $200 deposit.  If you decide to not order the kayak, you may apply the $200 to any other item in our store.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Local Pickup.

Free Accessory Shipping on Orders over $299 not containing fishing kayaks.

$9.99 Shipping for most accessory orders less than $299.

All not-in-stock Kayaks are subject to a $199 shipping charge.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $1600 within 50 miles of 80110. For orders under $1600, we charge $50 for local delivery within 20miles.

20-100 Miles from Denver - $100

100-200 Miles from Denver - $150

200+ Miles from Denver - $300

Deliveries are made as requested and at the flexibility of the company. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

For purchasing a kayak outside of Colorado, please contact our store at 970-387-8842.  Buyer will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs outside of Colorado.

 In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are variable and will be confirmed with you at the time of purchase. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Once delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fishing kayaks.

Any Boonedox items are also exempt from our return and exchange policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
